Terokal 2444

Terokal-2444 is a one-component contact adhesive based on Polychloroprene with initial bonding power

Terokal-2444 has a beige colour and is suitable for indoor use.

• Excellent characteristics for brush and spatula application                     

• The bond is flexible and heat resistant

• TEROKAL-2444 is used to bond solid and foam rubber types, as well as soft foam material (e.g. polyether and polyester foams), felt or sound-deadening material to rubber, metal (raw, phosphated, stove finished primer and paint, anodized), wood materials, polyester, cardboard, concrete, rigid PVC and leather              

• Excellent process with brush, smooth or finely crenelated spatula         

• Odour of solvents

• Consistency liquid, brushable

• Densit approx. 0,89 g/cm3

• Solids approx. 30%

• Viscosity approx. 3,000 mPa.s (at the day of production)

• Diluent / cleaner: cleaner-D

• Consumption: 250 - 300 g/m2 in the case of application to both bonding surfaces, depending on the substrates concerned and method of application

• Temperature resistant -30 till 90 °C (process above 5 °C)

• Short exposure (up to 1 h): 100 °C
